Haven’t received your water bill? Contact City Hall!

The City of Iowa Park mails nearly 3,000 utility bills every month.  Most of these bills reach their destinations in a timely manner.  For whatever reason, a few may not.  Customers in any geographical area should receive their monthly utility bill on approximately the same date each month. If you don’t receive a bill as expected, there’s a possibility that it has been delayed or is lost in the mail.  Don’t risk late fees or service disconnections.  Feel free to call (940-592-2131) or visit City Hall (103 N Wall) and a utility billing clerk will gladly assist you with your account.  You can also check (or even pay) your bill online at www.municipalonlinepayments.com/iowaparktx/utilities.  You can even set up email reminders and/or enroll in auto pay.  Remember, customers who pay their bills in full prior to the due date never pay late fees!
