A citizen of Iowa Park received a call from an unknown caller claiming to be a representative of the City of Iowa Park Water Department with an offer for 30% senior citizen discount on their monthly utility bill. This sounds too good to be true, and, incidentally, is not true. The City of Iowa Park does NOT offer such discounts. This was most likely a deceptive spam call from a cybercriminal phishing for personal information.
